Everything worth knowing before your first visit to the studio.
Where are you located?+
geny.luxe is a private studio in Dallas, Texas. The exact address and parking details are sent to you after your appointment is confirmed.
What should I book?+
If you are unsure, book The Luxe Signature. It is fully customized, and I will adjust the treatment to your skin after our consultation. You can also use the treatment guide on the services page.
Do I need to prepare for my facial?+
Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids and waxing for about five days before your appointment, and skip sun exposure or tanning beforehand. Come with clean, hydrated skin if you can.
Can I get a facial if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?+
Yes. Please let me know when you book so I can select pregnancy-safe products and skip anything that isn't appropriate.
What is your cancellation policy?+
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time and is applied to your service. Appointments are cancelled if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your start time, and the deposit is not returned.
How early should I arrive?+
Arrive about 5 minutes early so we can settle in and start your consultation on time.
Can I wear makeup?+
You can. Everything is removed during a full double cleanse at the start of your treatment.
How often should I receive treatments?+
Every four to six weeks for most skin. Corrective or acne-focused plans are often scheduled closer together at first, and we decide together at the end of each visit.
What should I do after my appointment?+
Keep it simple: gentle cleansing, plenty of moisture and daily SPF. Skip exfoliants, retinoids, heavy sweating and direct sun for 24 to 48 hours.

Booking with me
Booking & Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve every appointment. It is applied toward the cost of your service on the day of your visit.
Cancellation
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved once to a new time when you reschedule in advance.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment is cancelled if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time. Arriving late may also mean a shortened treatment so the following guest is not delayed.
No-Shows
Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is required to book again.
Minors
Clients under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian's consent, and a guardian must be present for the appointment.
Payment
Card payments are accepted through the booking system, and cash or digital payment is welcome in studio. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
Health & Contraindications
Please share any medications, recent treatments, allergies or skin conditions before your visit. Some services cannot be performed over active infections, open lesions, recent injectables or accutane use.
